Restorethegulf.gov was originally a web site maintained by the U.S. Coast Guard to provide information and updates during the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response. In 2014, the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council assumed hosting responsibilities for this web site. All oil spill response information has been moved under this Coast Guard Response Archives tab and is included here only to allow access to historical documents; no new material has been posted here since 2014.
