On March 29, 2019, the Council Chair, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), approved the Alabama State Expenditure Plan (SEP). This SEP provides $132,355,952 to the Alabama Department of Conservation & Natural Resources in Spill Impact Component funding for 29 projects to restore the environment and economy of the Alabama Gulf coast.
