Tishia M. Boldene currently serves as an Accountant for the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (RESTORE Council). Created by the RESTORE Act of 2012 and comprised of the Governors of the five Gulf Coast States and Cabinet-level officials from six federal agencies, the Council is responsible for restoring and protecting the natural resources, ecosystems, fisheries, marine and wildlife habitats, beaches, coastal wetlands, and economy of the Gulf Coast.

Boldene has served as an Accountant/Auditor for over 15 years in health, government, and the oil and gas industry. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern University of New Orleans and a Master of Accounting & Financial Management in Finance and Accounting with an emphasis as a Certified Fraud Examiner from DeVry University/Keller Graduate School of Management.
