The Council approves Council-Selected Restoration Component, commonly referred to as "Bucket 2", projects and programs for funding in what is called Funded Priorities List (FPL). The Council periodically amends FPLs to approve additional funding for projects and programs contained therein. The FPL amendment process includes an opportunity for public comment and culminates with a Council vote. On September 25, 2024, the Council voted to approve $1,000,000 in implementation funding for the Highway 27a Retrofit Pond project, a component of the FPL 3b Florida Water Quality Improvement Program

Amendment: Tribal Corps Boundary Expansion, September 25, 2024
On September 25, 2024, the Council voted to approve the expansion of the geographic boundary for the FPL 3b Tribal Youth Coastal Restoration Program to include the possibility of working with the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas on land owned by the National Park Service within the Big Thicket National Preserve, Texas.

Amendment: FPL 3b Texas Land Acquisition Program - September 14, 2022
On September 14, 2022, the Council amended Funded Priorities List 3b to expand the geographic boundary for the Texas Land Acquisition Program for Coastal Conservation in Texas. This amendment did not include approval of additional funding for the land acquisition program.
