Environmental Compliance Library
On December 9, 2015, the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (Council) approved an Initial Funded Priorities List (FPL) that includes activities to be funded under the Council-Selected Restoration Component of the RESTORE Act.
The Council has addressed the environmental laws that apply to the funding approvals in the FPL. Links to the environmental compliance documentation for each activity approved for funding in the FPL are provided below. These documents have been prepared in accordance with the Council’s NEPA Procedures.
The environmental compliance documents are grouped by watershed/estuary. Click on the FPL activity name to see the associated environmental compliance documentation.
