The Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (Council) is seekingpublic comment on a draft amendment to the 2017 Comprehensive Plan Commitmentand Planning Support (CPS) Funded Priorities List (FPL). Before voting onwhether to approve funding, the Council is publishing this proposed CPS FPLamendment for a 30-day public comment period beginning on July 20, 2023 andconcluding at 11:59 pm (CST) on August 19, 2023.
